Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a full-time pharmacist to join our Pine Pharmacy location, located in Pine Falls Manitoba.

- Mon-Friday 9am-7pm Saturday 9:30am-5:30pm
The Pharmacist is responsible for providing safe, effective, and appropriate drug therapy and actively contributes to an environment of
employee and customer engagement. The Pharmacist will play a key role in
achieving departmental excellence in the areas of patient focused care,
customer service and workflow efficiencies.
- Focus on clinical services (i.e., medication reviews, disease state management)
- Initiate care plans, follow up and document
- Administer vaccines
- Determine appropriateness of drug therapy
- Monitor medication adherence
- Collect and document relevant patient, drug, and disease information
- Recommend OTC products and vitamins
- Answer questions from patients that require therapeutic knowledge, clinical analysis, or assessment
- Supervise a pharmacy student or a provisional
- pharmacist in the performance of restricted activities
- Other duties as required
- Experience in Kroll
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Good communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Must carry Smoking Cessation, Uncomplicated Cystis, SLC Minor Ailments, and Injection Certification as a minimum on his/her Manitoba CPHM license endorsements.
- Must be willing to take the lead in the implementation of all cognitive and clinical service initiatives in the community - including but not limited to Covid vaccine clinics, Diabetes clinics, Med-Chek programs, Fight-the-Flu campaigns, etc
