Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, the Assistant Pharmacy Manager supports the clinical practice directly with patients, overseeing the general workflow of the pharmacy (including managing team members), and occasionally business/relationship development in the specialty space.

Your Mission:  
  • Supervision and training of the pharmacy team
  • Assists the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing all day to day operations of the pharmacy, including workflow management, incident reports, overseeing inventory and other processes.
  • Ensure excellence in all patient and stakeholder touch points.
  • Enhance productivity within pharmacy team by delegating tasks and overseeing the quality of work
What You Bring to the Table:  
  • Currently licensed to practice Pharmacy in Manitoba
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy and people leadership experience
  • Experience working or managing in a specialty environment is considered a strong asset.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook (Email), and Word.
Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
