Pharmacy Manager – Full Time Permanent
Location – 101A, 1425 Corydon Ave, Winnipeg, MB
Position Start Date: Approximately January 1 2026

As a Pharmacist you will:
- Ensuring that the Pharmacy and all staff comply with internal policies, standards of practice, applicable laws and regulations, and code of ethics as outlined by the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba
- Managing the overall operations, workflow, and efficiency of the Pharmacy.
- Filling, preparing, checking, and dispensing patient prescriptions as per physician orders
- Providing counselling to patients as requested to ensure their understanding of what they have been prescribed
- Supervising, training, and evaluating all Pharmacy Technicians, and other non-managerial staff employed by the Pharmacy
- Coordinating with prescribers, patients, family members, caregivers, and other medical professionals to ensure seamless care and transitions between hospital and community and a full understanding of all patient therapy and care
- Providing specialized clinical services, including administering medications by an advanced method (which can include injections and other methods), pharmacist prescribing (including but not limited to minor ailments and smoking cessation), and medication training and other clinical services as deemed necessary by the Pharmacy
- Filling all duties of a pharmacist as defined by the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba
- Completion of a B.Sc. (Pharmacy) or PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Licensed to practice pharmacy in Manitoba and is in good standing with the College of Pharmacists Manitoba
- Certified and comfortable administering medications via an advanced method (i.e. injections)
- Certified in Minor Ailments Prescribing (including UTI’s) and Smoking Cessation
- Continuing Care and Prescription Adaptation Experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a thorough, but timely manner.
- Experience with Kroll pharmacy software an asset
- Minimum 2 years of community pharmacy experience
- Monday to Friday: 9:00AM – 5:30PM
