Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Clarke's Pharmacy in Thompson, Manitoba. We provide full pharmacy team support, progressive pharmacy practice, and friendly staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right applicant!

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
- Administer vaccines and immunizations
- Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions
- Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage
- Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities
- Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned
Technical Skills:
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment
Education and Experience:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Manitoba College of Pharmacists
- Injection certification is required.
