Position Summary

• Pharmacie Seine – PharmaChoice is seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our team for a temporary maternity leave coverage position.
• Located in Sainte-Anne, Manitoba, Pharmacie Seine Pharmacy is a community-focused pharmacy committed to providing exceptional patient care and personalized pharmacy services. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our pharmacy team and local healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and accurately dispense prescriptions in accordance with professional standards and applicable legislation
• Provide comprehensive medication counselling and patient education
• Conduct medication reviews and assessments
• Provide vaccinations and other authorized pharmacy services
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Support medication management and other pharmacy services
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all applicable provincial legislation, regulatory requirements, and professional standards
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and patient-centred pharmacy environment

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• Current registration and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong commitment to patient safety and quality patient care
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment
• Previous community pharmacy experience is considered an asset
• Bilingual English/French language skills are considered an asset
